Website and transportation request terms
These terms describe general scheduling, cancellation, conduct, and service-delay expectations for requests made through 608 Transit.
Scheduling
Ride requests are subject to availability and confirmation. A website submission is a request for coordination and is not an automatic dispatch or guaranteed assignment.
Cancellation and changes
Contact 608 Transit as soon as possible when a scheduled request needs to be changed or cancelled so the trip can be updated safely.
Delays
Traffic, weather, road conditions, earlier trips, and other operating conditions can affect pickup and arrival times. 608 Transit will coordinate updates when information is available.
Conduct and safety
Riders, representatives, and transportation providers are expected to communicate respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions during service.
